How the EWT co-operative came into being

Our history

A Lawyer, a Trustee, a Accountant and a Seller sit with some Artists, Founders, SME bosses and Friends together over an aperitif. What sounds like the beginning of a joke was actually the moment, in which the EWT co-operative was born.


The discussion centred on a Topic, that everyone shared: Digitalisation is everywhere - but often much too complicated. For SMES the solutions are too expensive or too complex. Artists and Authors feel lost between contracts, marketing and accounting. Private individuals simply want to understand how digital tools function, without hours of tutorials.

Why?

We couldn't let go of this question. And so the idea was born: a co-operative that makes digital solutions accessible to everyone. Not as an anonymous service provider, but as a community in which SMEs, creative professionals and private individuals support each other. Today we are more than just an idea at the aperitif. With planned locations in Berne, Biel, Neuchâtel and in the Law we bring people and digital solutions together - simply, fairly and sustainably. Exactly how we imagined it during our first meeting.
